  ## New

  **Multichain Virtual Environments now span 100+ EVM networks.** A single Virtual Environment can attach Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and any of 100+ supported EVM networks under one shared identity, with a unified cross-chain timeline. See [Multichain Virtual Environments](/virtual-environments/multichain/overview).

  **Multichain contract deployment.** Deploy and test contracts across multiple chains simultaneously from one Virtual Environment, useful for cross-chain protocol testing, CI/CD pipelines, and staging environments without real funds. See [common uses](/virtual-environments/multichain/overview#common-uses).

  ## Updates

  **Simpler Bridge Module setup.** Enable the Bridge Module from the Virtual Environment **Settings** page under the **Advanced** panel, with no separate Bridge settings tab required.
