The plan provides essential tools for debugging, transaction simulations, and basic monitoring, alongside the ability to create multiple projects. It also includes three simultaneously active Virtual TestNets (up to 50 blocks in height), supporting early-stage development workflows.
Starter plan has hard limits on TU usage, and there are no public endpoints or State Sync on Virtual TestNets.
