How can I upgrade my license?
To upgrade your license, navigate to the Billing page in the Dashboard.
- For personal accounts: In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click on Your Name → Account → Billing.
- For organizations: In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click on Your Name → Organizations. Choose your organization and go to the Billing page on the left side of the screen.
Next, click the Change Plan button and select a plan that meets your needs.
How can I downgrade my license?
To downgrade your license, head over to the Billing page in the Tenderly Dashboard. Then, click the Change Plan button and choose a plan that meets your needs.
Where can I download my invoices from?
It’s not possible to download your invoices directly from the Dashboard. Please contact our support team regarding invoices via the in-app chat or support@tenderly.co.
How can I check my current monthly usage of Tenderly simulations or Tenderly Units?
You can check your current simulation usage on the Billing page in the Tenderly Dashboard:
- For personal accounts: In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click on Your Name → Account → Billing.
- For organizations: In the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click on Your Name → Organizations. Then, choose your organization and go to the Billing page on the left side of the screen.
Can I pay my subscription in cryptocurrency?
Yes, we accept USDT and USDC on the Ethereum network. Due to local legal requirements for crypto payments, we need to generate an invoice to serve as a basis for your payment. We need the following information to create the invoice:
- Your first and last name or company name
- Legal address
- Registration number/VAT number (for companies)
- Subscription type (Starter, Pro)
- Subscription length
Once you provide this information, one of our team members will email you an invoice with instructions on how to make the payment. After the payment is confirmed, your subscription will become active.
When is the billing quota reset?
Billing quotas are reset on the first day of each month, regardless of the billing cycle date.
